Yes. All our pieces are handcrafted from 100% natural marble and travertine. Because stone is natural, every piece has unique colour, texture and pattern variations. These are part of the beauty of natural stone and not considered defects.
Yes, we accept custom orders. Please contact us with your requirements. Note that custom orders cannot be returned or cancelled once production starts.
Wipe with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, acidic cleaners, and prolonged water contact. Use coasters and placemats to protect the surface.

Ordering & Making Time

Each piece is handcrafted to order and takes 2–3 weeks to make.

What is the total delivery time?

  • Making time: 2–3 weeks
  • Shipping time: 10–12 business days after the piece is ready
  • Total estimated time: Approximately 4–5 weeks from the date of order

In the unfortunate event that your order will be delayed, we do our best to inform you in time. You will receive an alteration notification via email together with the updated estimated ship date on the order confirmation.

Shipping & Delivery

Yes. We provide free shipping on all orders worldwide.
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details by email.
Sometimes delays can happen due to customs or courier issues. If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact us with your order number and we will check the status for you.

Returns & Refunds
