Terms & Conditions

Welcome to GraniteGrace. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Our Products

All our products are handcrafted from natural marble and travertine.
Because stone is a natural material, every piece is unique. Slight variations in colour, texture, and pattern are normal and make each item special. These natural differences are not considered defects.

2. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
All prices are listed in the currency shown on the website. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase.

3. Making & Delivery Time

  • Each piece is made to order and takes 2–3 weeks to craft.
  • After it is ready, shipping takes 10–12 business days.
  • Total estimated delivery time is approximately 4–5 weeks from the date of order.

We offer free shipping on all orders. Tracking details will be shared once your order is shipped.

4. Returns & Refunds

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and in original condition.

5. Custom Orders

Custom or personalized items are made specially for you. Once production starts, these orders cannot be cancelled or returned.

6. Product Images

We try our best to show accurate photos. However, colours may look slightly different on different screens. Natural stone variations are part of the beauty of the product.
